Lanes! A Nairobi University Student Selling His Watch For 1.4 Million
How much money would you pay for a watch? A 27 year old student from the University of Nairobi is selling a Frank Muller watch at Kshs 1.4 Million.
The watch which was gifted to him by a daughter of a prominent politician has given him mental torture. “I do not like the attention the watch gives me,” says the 2nd year student who goes by the name Maada.
“The watch is definitely not worth my life, I actually do not need the money that much.” He added.
He had thought of storing the watch in a safe deposit box but he felt that he would not be at peace psychologically. He therefore, resorted to the good old friend Google and came across Kaymu.
“I opted for Kaymu for its proven safe pay method since I have heard stories of people complaining about online fraud.” Maanda expounded.
The watch which is made in a state of art technology is a Singapore Grand Prix 2009 version. The production of this masterpiece was limited to only 160 pieces worldwide and it’s commonly used in Formula One and the Aerospace Industry.
How lucky could he be? Frank Muller is a Swiss brand known for its watch making geniuses and it’s well known for making the world most complicated watches.
“Since I posted the watch on Kaymu last week, I have gotten quite good feedback, I am sure I will get a buyer soon.” Maada said optimistically.
