Local Blogger Detained Until He Pays 5 Million Bond Over Hate Speech

The government has cracked the whip on popular blogger and former student leader Dikembe Disembe over this post on Facebook.

Dikembe Disembe whose official names are Seth Odongo will be in custody until he pays 5 million bond or 2 million cash bail. This was decided after he was brought before the court at Milimani today over the reckless comments that he posted on his Facebook page.
