Music Festivals Winners’ State Concert saw the head of state visiting Lake Side City of Kisumu where he was mobbed by residents who couldn’t get enough of him.

President Uhuru’s visit to Kisumu for Kenya Music Festival Winners’ State Concert was supposed to be the main topic emphasized by news outlets but that was not the case.

While the commander in chief’s main objective was to meet young talent in the country, Kisumu residents overshadowed the event the President graced.

Charged Kisumians mobbed the President’s convey as it was making its way along Oginga Odinga street forcing baba Ngina to act.

The love showed by city residents compelled Unye to address them. Security was watertight and the only way residents could express their joy was by shouting and waving at the head of state.
