Man Wins 50,000 Kshs After Being Crowned The Ugliest Man In The Land. But He Is Blasted For Being ‘Too Handsome’
It’s been a busy time in the pageant world with Miss Earth, Miss Tourism and Miss World pageants being held in various countries across the world.
It will even get busier once Miss Universe goes live on December 20, 2015 at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino.
But while beauty is being celebrated around the world, ugly people have not been left behind and Zimbabwe recently held ‘MR Ugly’
Where the Ugliest Man was crowned and each contestant competed fiercely and tried their best to look like Gollum, but only one guy came close, his name Mison Sere.
Mison bagged the top spot and about 50,000 Kshs thanks to the fact he barely had front teeth, wore dirty overalls and looked pretty scary thanks to his monstrous facial expressions.
However, William Masvinu, who had held the title since 2012 protested the judges decision, calling Mison ‘Too Handsome’ and lacking in natural ugliness
“I am naturally ugly. He is not. He is ugly only when he opens his mouth.” Claimed Masvinu while Mison on his part said that “They should just accept that I am uglier than them. I hope to get a TV contract. I already moved around schools performing and showcasing my ugliness so this is a chance to make it on TV.”
