MBUSI and BONOKO to Re-unite at RADIO JAMBO? Here is the Story
Former guard Mbusi and street urchin Bonoko who landed lucrative jobs with Ghetto Radio before Mbusi left for a more lucrative one at Radio Jambo are likely to re-unite at Mbusi’s current station.
Mbusi and Bonoko had formed a perfect combination behind the mics with the famous ‘Hakuna mbrrrrrrrrrcha’ Mbusi mantra and Radio Jambo is looking to re-unite the two Sheng masters. Bonoko came into the limelight after his famous ‘Anakuwekelea bonoko’ phrase in an interview with journalists.

Ghafla Kenya EXCLUSIVELY revealed that Ghetto Radio had parted ways with Bonoko in unclear circumstances last week. Radio Jambo seems to have jumped to this opportunity and Mbusi and Bonoko are seen as the perfect pair to amass more listenership for the fast-growing radio station in the country.

When asked, an insider at Radio Africa said, “If Ghetto Radio have left him in the cold, then we would be glad to take him in.”
So how will Mbusi and Bonoko line up in their reggae show? And what is likely to happen to Mbusi’s current co-host Liondeh?

Answers for these questions are not clear for now. Until Bonoko joins his colleague and mentor Mbusi, speculation will be rife in the air.
