My Boss is Understanding: Singing Cop Explains How He Juggles Between His Two Jobs

For Massiger, finding a balance between two demanding jobs is something he has learnt to live with as he is a full time serving policeman while at the same time a performing musician.

Massiger singles out his major challenge which he says is to be present to attend to his professional duty as a policeman when at the same time he is needed at a musical event to perform. He remembers missing on an interview in one local radio station because of his tight professional responsibilities. But nevertheless, he attributes his breakthrough to his supportive boss who understands his situation and has always been willing to assist whenever he approaches them for a favor or support.

Massiger reveals there can never be success without discipline and prayer which he says has been key in enhancing his relationship with his superiors and colleagues.He also insists on depth of his prayers, a fact that has made him overcome numerous hurdles.
