NTV Crossover 101 Host Receives An Award

We know Faith Muturi as the charming, beautiful and talented NTV Crossover 101 Host. Away from the screens she works with the Simama Outreach Trust Program.

Ever heard of the Simama Outreach Trust Program? If not, allow me to enlighten you. Simama Outreach Trust is a mentorship program based in Majengo slums which addresses issues that young people face such as drugs and alcohol abuse, prostitution, unemployment and peer education.

More So, Faith Muturi has been running the program for close to 8 years. And all her efforts have been recognized! This was by Pillars of Africa in an award ceremony held recently- in a luncheon ceremony held at Gem Suites, Statehouse avenue Nairobi. Faith was awarded the Female Humanitarian Award and Overall Pillars of Africa Winner. This is a recognition as an African Pillar & youth peer role model.
