Nyota Ndogo’s New Single: Moyo

With her song ‘Take Care’ featured on the 2003 International World compilation album, this coastal princess is not resting on her laurels.

Nominated for Pearl of Africa, Kisima and that Tanzania Music awards in 2007 and 2008, Nyota Ndogo is braving the dynamically changing Kenyan music scene and sticking to her taarab style heartbeat with a new hit single titled ‘Moyo’.

This release is definitely heating things up for top of the charts this Valentines season, with at least three other leading Kenyan female artistes, namely Avril, Habida and Wahu dropping fresh hits over the same period. Have a listen to the new track below and tell us what you think.
