Of Paternity Tests And Denials! Scandal Follows Tahidi High Actor Who Has Been Denied By His Nollywood Celeb Father!
My cousin has alerted me to the existence of a Nigerian website: NigeriaFilms.com which has run a story about Kenya’s own Ephy Saint apparently claiming that Pete Edochie a.k.a Okonkwo is his father.
Before i get any further with this, i want to say that this is a very sensitive issue and if the Nigerian site have made things up then Ephy should consider exploring legal action against them.
But according to the Nigerian site, they had a phone interview with Ephy Saint in which he intimated that Pete Edochie is indeed his father but he has been denying that he is.
This is how the website reported the whole affair:

He’s popularly known as Ephy Saint in Nairobi, Kenya where he reigns supreme as a model and a thespian of note. This actor cum model is yet to unravel the mystery surrounding his paternity as he claims to be a son to the veteran actor, Pete Edochie, popularly known as Okonkwo by movie buffs.
In an exclusive interview with Ephy Saint recently, the 23-year old entertainer, who resides in Kenya, said he would love to be buried in Nigeria where his father, Pete Edochie, resides.
Well, we may see him as a child whose paternity has not been legally established, however, what if his revelations about Pete Edochie being his father are actually true?”
My heart goes out to Ephy. This kind of scrutiny when you have fought to keep your life private is sad! Nay, it’s tragic! Everyone should just let the lad be. When we reached him for a comment he insisted that he has none. But to be honest, from the looks of things, i don’t think that the story has even an iota of truth in it.
