Organizers Of Otieno Kajwang’ Send-Off Accused Of Neglecting His Second Wife And Children

Preparations for the burial of the remains of Homabay County Senator Otieno Kajwang’ are under way after he perished following what was said is a heart attack that suddenly killed him.

Yesterday a requiem mass for the late Senator was held in Nairobi Central SDA church and later his body taken to Uhuru park for public viewing.

Many spoke during the requiem mass but one person conspicuously missing in the mass was the woman who surfaced to claim she is Kajwang’s second wife.

And now the organisers of the whole programme have been accused of neglecting the woman and her children who claim Kajwang is their father.

The woman and some of her children caused mayhem at the Lee funeral home when a post-mortem was being conducted on Kajwang and demanded that they be allowed in because they were part of Kajwang’s family.

Among those accusing the organisers and family of the late Senator is Esther Passaris, who feels disgusted by the fact that Kajwang’s second wife is not recognised and accepted in the family.

“Though saddened by the loss of #RIPKajwang I felt more saddened by the isolation of his 2nd wife & children as they mourn their father.”
