Ouch! Sauti Sol Slammed For Dismal Performance In The U.S.A

Davido recently came to the country and gave a performance that Kenyans will never forget, mainly because it was a waste of good tickets and time.

From his dismal performance, Kenyans really let him have it, giving him an earful of why his performance was a failure of epic proportions. Never did I imagine that Sauti Sol who had traveled to lands yonder would give the kind of performance Davido gave us.

But as a reveler who got to see Sauti Sol perform claims, Sauti Sol is capable of a bad performance. This is what Jean Adero of word press wrote about their performance in Atlanta

“Over the months, I have watched their videos on YouTube, purchased all their music on iTunes, watched their interviews, and wished them well from afar, so it was obvious that I would be present, on-time, and on-schedule to watch them make their Atlanta debut, announced for 5 p.m. – 9 p.m last night. Unfortunately, Sauti Sol did not ever plan to deliver!  They arrived three and a half hours late, put on a “half-ass” show of 6 or 7 songs on a low-budget sound system, then hurried off the stage after 45 minutes. I wonder, did they know we were there?  Or are they cocky enough to think that they “have arrived” and no longer need to expend any additional energy on their lowly fans.” she mused
