For starters, Ms. Pluda is the lady who made Philip Moi publicly declared himself a poor man due to her exorbitant demands.

Moi was begging the court to slash the demands made by her ex-wife. He was ordered to pay Ms. Pluda Kes 30 lump sum for her maintenance including a monthly upkeep of Sh150,000.

Yesterday, the retired soldier breathed a sigh of relief after the Court of Appeal temporarily suspended earlier decision ordering Philip to pay Pluda Kes 30 million.

The court halted the execution of the previous judgment until the appeal made by the ‘broke’ son of the retired President is heard and determined.

But Philip will still continue paying his ex-sweetheart a monthly upkeep of Kes Sh150,000. The court doesn’t give a damn about his ‘broke’ status!
