Pressplay.co.ke Shuts Down

Pressplay.co.ke appears to be officially dead, after the website has been unavailable for several weeks now. When you go to the domain, you are hit with a “parking page” which is what users see when a website has not paid its hosting fees(usually around 1000KShs. per year).

Pressplay was an entertainment website launched last year(2011). They quickly gained fame for raunchy lists, such as ‘The 10 Most Bangable Dudes/Chics in Kenya.’ It was owned by one Willy Omundo. Attempts to reach him proved futile.
