Back in the day, before the likes of Ian Mugoya and Nick Mutuma took over the entrainment scene as some of the hottest fellows in Showbiz, ladies were swooning over a certain lad.
His name is Paddy Mwangi but most of you know him a ‘Fresh Freddy’ from the famous Close-Up’ ad.

It’s been decades since that famous add aired but few are yet to forget the dazzling smile displayed in the ad.
Today, Paddy has outgrown his Fresh Freddy look and has become a Life coach, Motivational speaker, Entrepreneur, Actor and Accomplished Author. He is quite the achiever, I tell you.
Paddy the entrepreneur co owns ‘Fuzzy Brush’ a chewable, portable toothbrush that promises to brush your teeth and freshen your breath at a go. Unfortunately, it’s not sold in the country but is big in Greece, Netherlands, the UK USA, Greece and Singapore. In addition, he has created branded mascots for many organizations including Airtel and also owns a storage company called Walkers.
The last time we saw Paddy on screen was when he played Fela ,Leo’s villainous brother in the critically acclaimed movie ‘Leo’ .Since then, we have not seen much of Paddy, as it turns out he has been busy writing this book:
