According to a police report, the lady started having breathing problems after she received silicone injections.

Her mother who had accompanied her to New York for the procedure, had to watch her daughter die as the quack fled the scene after noticing things were turning out for the worst.

Kelly Mayhew used to work for BET Networks. Her employer confirmed her death through a statement they issued through the media.

“We are saddened by the death of our colleague and friend, Kelly Mayhew. Our hearts go out to her family and we extend our deepest sympathies for their loss.” Announced the employer.
