Sauti Sol Will be FORCED to Take a Break in London before Proceeding to Scotland and This is Why
Kenyan sensational music group Sauti Sol will have to take a compulsory detour to London before proceeding to Glasgow Scotland for the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA)
Sauti Sol has been nominated for UK’s BEFFTA awards which will be taking place over two days; Friday 24th and Saturday 25th October 2014 in London. BEFFTA Awards is a distinctly special awards ceremony honoring the best showbiz and entertainment personalities in the black and ethnic communities in the UK, USA, Africa and globally. It is the first of its kind rewarding under one roof outstanding achievements and contributions from Africans, Caribbean and Asians in entertainment, film, fashion, television and arts and this year marks its 6th anniversary since its inception.
Sauti sol has been nominated for the Best International African Act and will be competing against: Tay Grin, Zahara, Atumpan, Davido, Wizkid, R2bees, Sarkordie, P Square, Timaya, Olamide, Eddy Kenzo, Tillaman, Dr Sid, Radio & Weasal, Omawunmi, Wande Coal, Davido, Wiz Kid, Awilo Longomba, Tiwa Savage, Emma Nyra, VVIP, Burna Boy, Shatta Wale, Samini and Nathalie Makoma.
Sauti sol will have to take a break in London to attend BEFFTA Awards before proceeding to Glasgow Scotland to attend EMA Award gala which will be held on 9th September 2014. (Both awards will be held in the United Kingdom). For sure the sky is not even the limit for this quartet; success is shadowing them everywhere they go.
