Shock and drama engulfs Kawangware slum after wife lights up husband on fire for failing to buy her a Christmas dress

Residents of Kawangware woke up to some gruesome news after a certain man was admitted in Kenyatta hospital with some serious burn wounds.

The man allegedly got into an altercation with the wife after he failed to buy her a dress this Christmas something which led to the wife lighting him on fire.

Now the worst thing is that the fire soon spread o the neighbours houses something which was accelerated by gas cylinders and it would have spread further if it wasn’t handled on time.

According to one of the residents, the quick response by the fire brigade saved the situation from escalating and urged that a fire response team be always on standby in the area considering all the fire incidents that happen on occasion.

This signals a dull Christmas for most of the affected who lost everything in the inferno.
