Should Royal media MD apply for BBC top position?

The London based news station BBC is looking for a new director general after the current one Mark Thompson will be stepping down after the London Olympics.

Why don’t we as Kenyan’s have our own Royal media

services managing director Wachira Waruru apply for this job because he meets all the requirements, and on top of this he has the experience needed?
