After a year of waiting, Kenya’s most glamorous award show Groove Awards went down over the weekend. Decked in their fanciest frocks, looking dapper in stylish suits and driving spectacular cars celebrities and the nominees flocked to the KICC for what promised to be a night of pomp, glamor and victory.
Gospel power couple size 8 each had a trophy to take home with Video of the Year and DJ of the Year awards respectively, while mellow-voiced Bahati a crowd favorite carried home the award for the male artiste of the year.
