Size 8 Said What About Lesbians?

Size 8 was recently at Kenya’s foremost (possibly only) Sheng radio station.

And she gave a rather open and candid response to a question she was asked. The question touched on what Africans consider a taboo topic: homoseuality. And so explosive is this topic that when Tacos decided to mishandle it, they ended up having to wind down operations and i-Club replaced it. But moving right along, the question sought to find out Size 8’s stance on matters pertaining to female homosexual relations: lesbians.

Let me first say that to talk about this topic takes stones and more so when you say you support people’s freedom to be whatever they want to but more importantly, to be who they truly are. But Size 8 merely said she’s ambivalent about what other people do as long as they do so in private so as not to offend people.

At the end of the day given how conservative Kenyans are, even being indifferent to lesbianism as it were is breaking from the norm and it needs to be recognized. Size 8 however clarified that she is straight. Have a listen to the recording below:
