Some of Kenya’s Best Artistes Converge For Cultural Festival
The Kilifi Festival of Music & Arts will take place this weekend, on the 1st and 2nd of September at the Kilifi Plantations Airstrip. The festival is a celebration of music, arts and crafts.
Some of the best entertainers in the country will perform at the event, including guitarist and singer, Harry Kimani, the Ohanglaman, Makadem, Ally B, DJ Kuzi, Tanzanian songstress, Ray C, Mzee Ngala, rock band, Murphy’s Flaw and one of the hottest new talents, Fena.
Besides the performances, the event will feature a craft fair, DJ sets and a cultural village. Daily entrance passes will be charged at Kshs. 1,000 and Kshs. 500 for under 18s. The weekend passes will go for Kshs. 1,500 for adults and Kshs. 800 for under 18s. No entry charge for children under the age of five.
