STRANGE WORLD: Suspect Begs Judge for Some Bhangi to Survive In Jail

Jail is hard.It is especially hard if you are addicted to something and that is why Francis Kihiga deemed it fit to ask the judge for some weed to sustain him during his time in jail.

Francis who was arrested with 12 rolls of bhang worth 240Kshs begged the magistrate at a local law court to allow him to have at least two rolls of weed in prison.

The reason for this unusual request is that Francis felt that he would die if he did not get a blunt daily as he was addicted to the illegal drug, having smoked it for the last 22 years.

This is not the first time that Francis has been jailed for possessing the illegal drug as  had been imprisoned back in 199 at Kamiti prison after being caught with the narcotic.

The judge of course refused this and instead sentenced him to two years in prison.Poor guy, 2 years is a bit rash for a weed head, i think the judge should have been lenient
