Strolling Like The Real Boss! Sonko Causes A Stir In Meru During His Graduation (Photos)
Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko, last weekend graduated from Kenya Methodist University, but not before he caused a stir.
Sonko is never shy of pulling a stunt or two just to make sure all attention is on him whenever he pops up at a public event.
Last Saturday, the flamboyant lawmaker made his way to Meru County to attend 15th KeMU graduation celebrations. Oops! He was also graduating.
The Nairobi Senator graduated with a degree in Business Administration. It’s still not clear Sonko graduated with which honors.
But Sonko didn’t drive all the way to Meru, not at all. Saturday was his big day and he certainly had to make a lasting impression at KeMU.
The celebrity Senator flew all the way to Meru to attend the graduation ceremony. How many students do you know fly to their graduation?
Sonko didn’t fly in one chopper, huh! There were at least two helicopters that accompanied the Nairobi Senator to Meru.
The graduating legislator had to ferry his sweetheart and his family to Meru for his big day, one chopper wasn’t big enough to carry all of them.
Curious onlookers were stunned to see a ‘student’ being dropped off by a chopper to attend his graduation. (Sonko was donning his graduation gown.)
