It was a smooth flowing conversation before it spiraled out of control to a verbal tirade. Sonko unapologetically stripped Caroline Mutoko like never seen before.

You know it’s Thursday when we go down the memory lane and dig up some hot old stories that made the nation stand still. Today, Caroline Mutoko and Mike Sonko fell on our #TBT radar.

Who dares stand up to the ultimate alpha female? Most men shiver at the presence of Caroline Mutoko, but not Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko. He has the balls to take on the radio queen and tame her. Yes, only Sonko makes Caroline shut her front door.

The two had a brawl way back on September 2013. Their confrontation would see Sonko release a flood of itching insults that would smear poop on the well manicured personality that Caroline had spent years cultivating.

It all happened within a fraction of a second, Caroline had asked Sonko if he had future plan for his constituents. She had issues with Sonko carelessly dishing out cash to his supporters, she argued that Sonko’s money would only cater for the immediate needs of the people and not their future.

Her comment rubbed Sonko the wrong way, he lost his cool and started throwing his verbal punch at the radio queen. Remember this was on a national radio, all ears listening to Kiss FM as Sonko thoroughly insulted Caroline.
