The lively Sheila Mwanyigha once found herself in unfamiliar waters when she discovered she was the other woman in a relationship she seriously cherished.

Well, It’s throw back Thursday! Today our #TBT spotlight shines light on Sheila Mwanyigha. Everyone knows her to well from her heydays at TPF as a host. She currently hosts ‘Am Live’ on NTV alongside the beautiful Kobi Kihara.

Now that we are reading from the same page; back in 2013, Sheila opened up about her life as someone else’s side dish.

She was speaking to Rashid Abdalla (Lulu Hassan’s husband) on his segment, ‘Swali Moja’. Sheila was deeply in love with the guy. She didn’t imagine for a second that she could be the other lady in the relationship.

Did she deliberately date someone’s man? Nope, she didn’t. The man was her first love, everything was running smoothly until the dude travelled abroad for further studies.

Upon his return, Sheila realized the man had changed, he was mean with his love to her. She told Rashid she truly loved the guy but had to let him loose after she realized there was another woman in his life.

Is this the reason why Sheila is still single up to date? Heartbreak can be a major obstacle to start a new relationship.
