Televangelist Mark Kariuki Ties the Knot (Photos)

Televangelist Bishop Mark Kariuki got married to his sweetheart Joyce last Friday at the Kasarani Gymnasium at a colorful wedding that was streamed live on the Bishop’s channel, http://www.livestream.com/kariukimark.

Bishop Mark Kariuki is the presiding bishop and the general overseer of Deliverance Church, Kenya, comprising over 700 churches. This was the second time the bishop is getting married. His first wife whom he married in 1978, passed on in November 2007, after being in ICU for two months.

After the flamboyant event, the Bishop thanked everyone who made the day a great success saying, “Joyce and I take this opportunity to appreciate each and every one of you that sacrificed to plan,strategize and attend our wedding. Words are simply not enough to convey our deep appreciation for making this occasion a complete success. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He make His face shine upon you, be gracious to you and give you peace. May He reward you fully for what you have done. Thank you. Joyce and Mark.”

His program, ‘Celebration Time’ goes on air twice every week on some two local channels. It’s on air every Sunday between 9:00 am and 9:30am on K.B.C. and every Wednesday between 9:30pm and 10:00pm on Family T.V. The program is also on air in the U.K on the Inspirational Channel.
