The American Series That Caused Roads To Be Closed Around Ngara Area Finally Hits The Screens

Sometime late last year, Hollywood jetted into the country to shoot an upcoming series titled ‘Sense8’. The series is now out, complete episodes of season 1.

Sense8 is an American science fiction drama. The series plays a group of people around the world who are suddenly linked mentally, and must find a way to survive being hunted by those who see them as a threat to the world’s order.

The first season consists of 12 episodes is already available for streaming on Netflix.

Sense8 was partly shot in Kenya and it even features Kenyan actors. During its shot in Nairobi in September 2014, motorists using Thika Road were left stranded at Ngara area after Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) closed all roads leading to the scene of the cast.
