The Beauty Pageant to Check Out This Weekend

The crowning of Miss Fabulous Tupange pageant will take place on the 5th of October at 680 Hotel. The winner will be named the Ambassador of Change by the National Organisation of Peer Educators (NOPE).

The pageant is sponsored by Sentrim Hotels & Lodges, Beki Promotions, Kehl Designers, Kiss 100 FM, Outdays Adventures Tours & Travel and UCPS. The winner will also get to win Kshs. 100,000 plus many more gift packages from the sponsors.

The competition will focus on originality, individuality, relevance to the African culture, enthusiasm, mental discipline, connection to the audience among other positive domains with the aim of highlighting the Beauty in the African woman and most importantly to showcase the African culture, talent and creativity.

The pageant aims are to give young African girls a platform to discover their inner beauty, talent and creativity in achieving their humanitarian goals in life and laying a strong foundation as leaders of the future.The theme of Miss Fabulous Africa 2012 is Youth For Change.

Performing atistes at the event will be twin brothers, TBroz, best known for their song, Haki Yangu. “This time round we are bringing our fans a different music recipe from the usual one, we are presenting the kunjua mgongo style,” says Pochris, one of the twins.

Entry to the event is Kshs. 1,000.
