When Mututho was appointed as the new chairman of the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) he had an ice-cold reception from Kenyans especially the ‘guzzlers’.
Things got worse when he declared that the unpopular Mututho rules will be re-implemented (talk about taking the fun out of drinking!)The infamous Mututho Law aimed at curbing the alcoholism vice but people were not excited about it and their feelings towards the Mututho Law have not changed.
