The K24 Show That Has Had Larry Madowo’s Panties In A Bunch

 So yesterday, Larry Madowo launched an attack in form of an article which would have been pretty scathing if the editors at Nation had not diluted it by removing those named and shamed.

For those who didn’t read it, Larry  addresses those attempting to copy #thetrend without dropping the names. But if you are a fan of The Kenyan Showbiz scene, then you know which show it is, K24’s ‪#‎TalkCentral‬. A 2 week old show on K24 which airs every Thursday at 8:00 P.M .

The show borrows heavily from the trend, with even some old guests of #thetrend such as This Is Ess and Heshan De Silva making their way to the show.

In addition it has the after-interview selfies Larry is so fond of plus it has the same format too discussing what is hot and what is trending in the Kenyan and global scene .They even included the hashtag TheTrend in the name of the show calling it #TC. The only thing missing is the cat videos, oh wait there is actually a cat video.

But then again Larry shouldn’t be so upset about it, after all imitation is the highest form of flattery. Plus there is nothing wrong with a little competition…
