She showed her softer and philanthropic side today while she campaigned to save a little girl who is currently battling a disfiguring and life-threatening tumor at the Kenyatta National Hospital. The Little girl whose plight moved Anne Kiguta to tears who wrote this emotional message:

Hey guys… Can we please help this little girl? I know sometimes the appeals are so many but if you can find it in your heart to help again, please do.
