The mic shall be open yet again
Come next week, it’s all about spoken word and Afro soul music. The monthly event at Club Sounds dubbed ‘Kwani? Open Mic’ is here yet again on the 8th of May.
In performance will be the one and only, Engineer Penja singer, Anto Neosoul and the Paragasha Band. If you missed his performance at the Blankets and Wine event two months ago, this is a good chance for you to witness real performance at its best. With songs like ‘Qwerty love’, ‘Chips funga’ and the patriotic tune, ‘jikaze’, you surely don’t wanna miss this.
Eloquent poet, Check Mate will also be performing some of his work of art poems, as Cindy Ogana will be the MC of the night from 7PM until 9PM. Entry goes for only Sh. 200.
