These are the 5 People Who Were Responsible For The Garissa Attack. They are All Under Government Custody
The country can finally breathe a sigh of relief as all the people responsible for the Garissa attacks which caused massive terror having been brought to book.
They were a total of 5 people. 3 were coordinators and they were arrested as they attempted to flee to Somalia while the other 2 were arrested at the university. One of the two was identified as Rashid Charles Mberesero and he was caught in the ceiling of the institution harbouring grenades.

The other is a guard at the University and he was the one who facilitated the attackers to access the facility. He was identified as Osman Ali Dagane of Somali origin and he was in possession of jihadist materials.
