These Are The Charges That Are Likely ToThrow Juja MP Into Jail After SMS Scandal

Juja Member of Parliament is a man under siege after his SMS scandal exploded in the public domain, effectively plunging him into trouble with the law.

Francis Munyua is accused of sacking a female employee who worked with the CDF office in Juja after she refused to give in to his sexual advances.

The MP had tried to solicit for sex from Susan Wambui, a married woman, who refused to give in to the legislator’s demands, leading the MP to sack her through SMS.

Wambui reported the matter to the police and as investigations into the saga continue, it is reported that the MP has been threatening Wambui to drop the charges or get killed.
 Wambui has since reported the fresh threats to the police.

And now the MP faces three charges which includesexual harassment and abuse of office after clearance from DPP Keriako Tobiko.

The MP is also likely to be charged with threatening Wambui and his seat is in jeopardy as he is likely to lose it as enshrined in Chapter 6 of the constitution.
