A couple of days ago, a pupil from Komaranch Primary School drew attention to herself when she wept for the head of state. Uhuru has since reciprocated to the rare greeting, he invited the girl to State House to rub shoulders with her.

Last week, President Uhuru made a pupil break down in tears. The country’s boss was on his way from launching ‘Last Mile Connectivity Project’ in Katulu when he decided to make an impromptu stopover to greet pupils by the roadside.

The President decided to treat girl who shed tears for him with once-in-a-lifetime visit to the house on the hills.

Uhuru personally walked the girl through the corridors of State House giving her unrestricted glimpse of arguably the most protected building in the country.
