On the 4th of august, M-NET launched a new East African channel focused TV brand Maisha Magic on DStv.

The channel promised to bring what is hot in the East African region, in terms of music, comedy, reality and movies.
Maisha Magic’s programming would be mostly East African content though there would be a sprinkle of international programs that East Africans love such as Latin American telenovelas popularly called ‘Soaps
