This Is Why Moses Kuria Is In Double Trouble…Karua demands Apology in 24hrs, Raila Calls His Statements Scatter-brained’ In Nature

It appears Moses Kuria has an affinity for courts . He has been in and out the justice corridors in the past for hate charges and yesterday just got a reprieve when the DPP’s attempt to have his Kshs. 2 million bond cancelled was rejected by a court.

However, it appear, the Gatundu South MP is aching for a return to courts this time with his recent confession while in Mt. Elgon regarding the procurement of witnesses to fix the Deputy President at the ICC.

While Kuria termed it as his confession, he went on linking other leaders to the alleged plot including NARC Kenya Party Leader and ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga. Now, he faces a 24hr ultimatum to issue an apology given by Martha Karua or else face prosecution. The ODM on the other hand has said the revelations by Moses Kuria are an answer to the prayers the DP has been holding as he can now know the people behind his woes. In a statement to the press, the party also said ‘We wish to remind the public that in the 2007-2008 election period, Hon. Ruto was an ally of Hon Odinga. It therefore defeats logic that Hon Odinga could have tried to implicate a man with whom he was on the same side of the battle…It goes to confirm the scatter-brained nature of Mr Kuria’s claims.”

It remains to be seen whether whether Martha Karua will take up her threat to sue Moses Kuria should he not offer an apology in the stipulated time.
