I secretly read her blog under the cover of my sheets, much the same way I listen to Taylor Swift as I enjoy the thrills of solitude! This lady here, good people, Is the cream of the cake as far as fashion blogging is concerned! If I was  not vouching for Silvia Njoki,Sharon Mundia or Joy Kendi, then my heart-felt adoration  goes to one of the prettiest fashion bloggers in the country (drumrolls) Diana Machira of Denim and Cateye! 

 A mentor of Mine, Roy, the general manager at Kengeles Restaurant once told me ‘The most captivating aspect of a fashion blog is the visual aspect’ -ever since, I have had a propensity for colorful, well written and impeccable fashion blogs, Denim and Cateye has to take the prize as one of the best written fashion blogs of our generation. -The impeccable writing is laced and thoroughly embellished with unparalleled artistry, curves and love! The little things that fairy books record “…It is the little things we do, the little flowers, the cashmere scarves (and probably lasagna) that make the most impact on life as we know it.  

 Asked on what inspires her, Diana says :”… Well, simply put, my sense of style is basically a balance between timelessness,  classic basics and unique trendier pieces, hence “Denim” and “Cateye”.
