While Capital FM’s Sharon Mundia best known as This Is Ess was lucky enough be flown to the vast thicket of Mount Kenya just to say ‘Yes’, others could only afford a wheat plantation.
Not as if it’s bad, have heard of WORSE scenarios before, marriage proposal made at disco matangas, chang’aa drinking dens, prisons etc etc.
It all depends with your pocket, if you can afford to fly your girlfriend on top of Eiffel Tower and make the proposal there, why not do it??
Anywho, 1 FM presenter was creative enough to think out of the box and came up with a proposal that would grab attention.
Victor Oloo was simple; he wore a Gor Mahia jersey and presumably asked his sweetheart to accompany him for a road trip.
Their journey ended somewhere in a wheat plantation, probably he suggested a hike after the long ride and there in the dense wheat field he dropped the bomb.
“Will you marry me?” Of course she said yes otherwise we wouldn’t be having photos of a flopped proposal.
