UoN Students Make True Of Their Threat And Burn Down The Tree Obama Planted (Photo)

Thought students from the University of Nairobi were issuing empty threats to President Barack Obama? Well, apparently they weren’t.

Sometimes last week, SONU chairman came out with a letter his comrades had written to the leader of free world.

UoN students were threatening to cause havoc less the American President makes his way to their institution just like he did when he visited UoN as Illinois Senator.

The threat prompted President Uhuru to intervene instructing Babu Owino to go easy on the world’s most powerful man.

But in a new twist of events, UoN students ignored President Uhuru’s plea to go on and burn the tree Obama planted when he visited their institution way back in 2006.

This was because Obama snubbed UoN and instead opted to visit Kenyatta University.
