Update on Conje’s Health Progress

You may not have heard about boxer Conjestina “Conje” Achieng’ lately; it’s because the boxer is doing well now, however she still has sessions to attend once a month. Here’ s the official communication from Pamoja Conje 2012 initiative;

We are proud to announce that Conjestina is fairing on well and has been out of hospital for a month now. However she will still have sessions to go back to in the hospital once a month to avoid relapse. All medical bills were paid plus we are in the process of securing a Resolution Health Card for her with a limit of 100,000Kshs for her use. After bills were paid and house rent for 6months in BuruBuru! The Pamoja na Conje Initiative account was left with 289,000Kshs which was yesterday transferred to her fathers account for her basic needs, future health plans and sons school fees until she gets back on her feet again!
