#WeAreLove Campaign: Spread The Love

#WeAreLove was a Love 254 campaign which came with an intention to engage Kenyan’s on social media so we can spread the love across each other. So last week Love 254 had individuals recording mushy mushy videos between 25 – 20 seconds, or post Picture messages in which they had to detail attributes that make them love their loved ones, ahead of Valentine’s Day. Many participated!

Love254 is an inclusive online environment for safe progressive discourse about the lives and times of all Kenyans. It’s a space for freedom expression and discussions on social issues in Kenya.

It’s about what really defines us as Kenyans, our lifestyle, our lives, our hustles and bustles as we go about our lives. Patriotism, passions and desires to build our social environment to what we believe in.

It’s about acceptance of social differences; tribe, sex, statuses – health, sexual orientations, haves and haves not, skin color/race, social origins, race, parenthood and family backgrounds, conscience, beliefs not limited to religion, abilities and disabilities, dress choices, food preferences. It’s everything that matters.

In the next few days, #Love254 will be engaging Kenya’s, Media, Professionals and organizations in healthy social conversations in our quest to have a platform for Expression and Discourse on social issues.
