What To Check Out At the Movies This Weekend

Starflix Cinemas are back with another week of entertaining films from the animated film Brave to the music documentary, Marley at Prestige.

The Kisumu cinemas brings back the Tyler Perry film, Good Deeds. The film was produced, written and–of course–stars Tyler Perry himself. Others in the film include Thandie Newton, Brian J. White, Rebecca Romijn, Phylicia Rashad and Gabrielle Union.

Kisumu’s Starflix, Megacity also adds the Bollywood fantasy film, Joker, Shirish Kunder’s sophomore directorial stint which stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha. The film’s soundtrack was directed by A.R. Rahman’s (Slumdog Millionaire) nephew, G. V. Prakash Kumar.

Check out the schedule for Prestige and Mega City for the dates between Friday, 21st September and Thursday, 27th September.
