Why Everybody Is Talking About This Kahawa Sukari Conductor
Nasty, uncouth, aggressive thieves are some of the phrases used to describe matatu conductors. They are often rude with most of them opting to ‘keep change’ in case you forget to ask them. But not all matatu conductors are like that.
Today, people on social media praised one matatu conductor who plies the Nairobi-Kahawa-K.U route named Ndichu who has been described as gentlemanly and courteous.
Here is a post made by one Mildred Atty On Buyer Beware:
We need more of such people and , they deserve all the appreciation their way.Too much gloom from the matatu industry . Such triumphs calls for jubilation by all.
If you use k.u route often, you may have come across him. Most courteous mathree conductor I’ve ever met. He’s bebad me a number of times and he’s always polite, courteous and very honorable. He requests you to board his mat, thanks you as you alight. He requests you to remain seated till the bus comes to a stop where you are alighting and most of all he remembers very passenger’s stop!
Today I decided to appreciate him. In this industry that’s rogue and rude, he’s remained a gentleman. He smiled at posed for my lens & casually said his name is #Ndutch (Ndung’u). His ma3 is #Nawaku of the Nawasuku Sacco.
Next time you meet him, say hello…. but most of all share this, let the others know, you can be a gentleman in the matatu industry and still make mulla.
Here are other comments in regards to Ndung’u:
Gatiba Gatiba:Plus he is very friendly and polite….kudos!!
April Mambo: I know him and have boarded his jav several times.I second you.#Big up!
K-Lynn Katoi: Know him from my days in KU.Kudos mguyz
Millicent Odhiambo: Wow!! I salute
