Xtatic Bigged Up by International Artiste. Heading to SA for More Recordings

Xtatic managed to get herself noticed by just putting up one video online. She was soon signed by ROCKSTAR4000 and Sony Music Group. Looks like she is drawing the attention of not only record labels, but sites like MTV Iggy, Okay Africa and respected international artistes.

Xtatic convincingly won MTV Iggy’s artiste of the week, but a feature by Killakam on OkayAfrica got the attention of The Roots frontman, ?uestlove. He tweeted the article and mentioned the “upcoming” femcee:

This is not the first time the multiple Grammy winner has shouted out Kenyan artistes. He has previously bigged up the experimental band, Just-A-Band. Xtatic announced that this week, she is heading back to South Africa to finish up the work on her debut album, including more recording and video shoots.
