Kenyan hit-makers Jaguar, Amani, Wyre and Fidempa have been nominated in the 2014 annual leading Tanzanian music awards, Kilimanjaro Music Awards.

The 4 Kenyans will be facing off with other East African artistes during the 16^th Edition of the awards. Slated for May 3 in Dar-es-Salaam, the awards recognizes the best artistes in Tanzania and East Africa.

Here are the categories which the 4 were nominated in;

No media was present at the event as the singer chose to get married without telling anyone about the wedding beforehand.

It has been a minute since I last created a poll but after all the fiery furore that was raised yesterday after I did an article about Vera Sidika bleaching herself -by her own admission no less. Anyway, today, we all woke up to the news that Lupita Nyong’o, a lass who takes pride in being as ethnic looking as any Luo girl would was voted the most beautiful woman by People Magazine so I was wondering how everyone feels about bleaching.

Is it necessary? No. Is it good? No. Is it bad? No. It’s just something some people do to themselves so they feel more comfortable in their skin. I know that is a very naive take on things but I do not want to bore you with geo-political reasons for bleaching and the legacy it leaves. This is not the place nor the time for that.
