Clerics propagating their own hidden agenda have been misleading the youth cheating them that fighting the government or rather killing the innocent in the name of the Lord was a good thing, probably a path to heaven.

Young boys have fallen to this trick ending up joining terror groups and what befell them afterwards we all know, death.

The government has launched several initiatives to stop radicalization of the youth. It however can’t win the war on terror without the input of each and every Kenyan.

Remember when terrorist strike they don’t discriminate, they kill everyone who crosses their path. So to stop them Kenyans need to stand in unison, support the government war on terror.

Kamene spoke in lengthy some of the tough lessons she has learnt as a TV personality, the tough challenges that come with being a public figure and the expectations of the audience.

The two are a thing together and have been blessed with three beautiful children. This is what has gotten Massawe thanking God and of course showing her pride at the people God has put in her life.

Sometimes last year, a research done by South Africans also insinuated that Kenyan faces were not so pleasing to their eyes.

As if adding insult to injury, some West African blog dubbed, BlackBox Africa, has come up with its own list of countries they think zombies reside.

Guess where Kenya was ranked this time round? Position one.

No need to raise alarm, think of it this way. How many African countries do you know have not so good looking faces yet they haven’t even been featured on the list?

This was a shoddy research on their part. Kenya has been ranked a number of times among countries with most beautiful faces.

Celebrated radio queen Angela Angwenyi is on her way out of Nation FM less than a year and half after joining the NMG-owned radio station.

Angela was among the group that came in when Nation rebranded from Easy FM, taking the morning breakfast show and propelling it to greater heights.

But in less than this period she has been there, Ghafla! Kenya can exclusively reveal that the veteran radio personality is leaving the station.

A reliable source has hinted to Ghafla! Kenya that Angela has already handed in her resignation letter to the management and this could be her last month at Nation Centre.

Circumstances that have led to the resignation of the celebrated radio personality are a bit scanty but our source hints that Angela has become pissed off with the manner in which things are being run at Kimathi Street.

It is believed that she will be leaving the station come the end of this month unless she rescinds that decision.

So where is Angela headed? This is the question that prompted us to contact her but our calls went unanswered.

We are yet to hear a word from Angela and when we do, we will let you know.

For the time she has been at Nation, Angela has been many people’s darling and especially Kakamega Senator Dr. Boni Khalwale who is a huge listener of her show.

Her imminent departure is expected to deal a major blow to Nation FM whose fortunes are gradually dwindling as it succumbs to improved competition from other radio stations.

With a major shake-up looming at Kiss 100 and its affiliates, one would guess that Angela might make her next stop at Lion Place, Westlands.

In about 6 months, eight of Kenya’s most notable campuses will face closure.

This is because they have been operating without authorization thus contravening the Universities Act No 42 of 2012.

This was announced by the Commission Of University Education ,a body mandated to regulate establishment of university campuses in Kenya .Here is the full list of campuses that will be gone in 6 months

2.    Egerton University campus in Stanbank House-Moi Avenue
3.    Africa Nazarene University Campuses in Agrho House and Stanbank House-Moi Avenue

6.    Multi-Media University of Kenya Campus -City Square Post Office Building
7.    Masinde Muliro University Campus on Kingsway Building-Muindi Mbingu Street
8.    Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology Campus- Westlands Kabarsarian Avenue off Waiyaki Way

Mutahi Ngunyi is a common name among Kenyans thanks to his heroics during the 2013 general elections when he came up with his catchy phrase that Kenyans have since rode on, Tyranny of Numbers.

The tyranny of numbers mantra greatly angered a section of Kenyans while to others it made this political analyst a darling. He had used the same to predict how Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto would win the presidential elections and true to his prediction, they won.

Mutahi Ngunyi is in the headlines yet again after promising to sue the Star Newspaper for a story they ran about his PR Company.

According to the Star, Mutahi Ngunyi was paid approximately Shs38 Million to offer consultancy services  for the implementation of the NYS 5-point Vision Strategy.

Mutahi has not confirmed or denied this but instead has promised to sue the Star for what he says is an underestimation of his giant company.

He tweeted:

It is very rare to come by a foreigner joining one of the most lethal armies in the world to fight terrorists and their activities and specifically in places like Iraq and Afghanistan.

But for Gregory Mutua, his story is an inspiring one.

Having grown up as a street ragamuffin, Mutua owes so much to the late Karisa Maitha, a man who was appointed Minister for Local Government in 2003 when Kibaki took over from Moi.

It was under Maitha that a programme to rehabilitate all street children in Nairobi was launched. And Mutua was among those who were enrolled at the NYS to be rehabilitate and trained to have some skills. And so he was taken to Gilgil where he trained in paramilitary operations.

After there they were deployed to do manure jobs and his was a bulldozer operator in Nairobi. It was here that someone informed Mutua that there was an agent looking for people with NYS skills to be shipped to Iraq to join the US Military. Mutua applied and was among the lucky once who were flown to Iraq.

It was here while he worked as a security guard in a US Military base that he learnt several skills among them weaponry, basic first aid, Radio Procedure Reporting, the Rules of the Use of Force, Health and Safety and Law of Armed Conflict. He even has a certificate for the same.

Mutua could later go to Afghanistan where he learnt many more things and assisted the US Military as they fought militants. Later he went to Dubai.

Today, Mutua is a proud owner of rental houses in Dandora and has his own house where he lives with his wife and young daughter.

This is inspiration.

Strange world isn’t it? A bizarre incident in Limuru, Kiambu County, has left Kenyans holding their chins in utter disbelief.

There were Mombasa ladies sleeping with a dog then another series of men sleeping with cows and even chicken followed suit.

Residents of Karanjee village in Limuru were shocked by the action of a father of three kids.

Mr. Christopher Momanyi was caught pants down during his moment of seeking pleasure with a sheep at a nearby maize plantation.

A neighbor, Nancy Wangari, says she heard ‘unusual’ noise being made by Mr. Christopher’s ‘lover’ from a plantation.

She rushed to check what was happening only to find Mr. Momanyi busy devouring the sheep. She raised the alarm and villagers dashed to the site.

Momanyi has since denied the allegation saying he went into the plantation to pee and the sheep was only close to him when he was relieving himself.

He added that villagers found him holding his thing and they concluded he was making out with the sheep.

The guy was taken to police station tied together with his ‘lover’.

Sunday’s botched raid on Kenya Defence Forces by Somali terror group, Al Shabaab, opened the Pandora’s Box.

The government war on terror got a significant morale boost after it came out victorious in a gun battle with Al Shabaab operatives.

The terror group made a preemptive attack on KDF but the soldiers were able to repel them downing top commanders in the process.

Among those killed was Al Shabaab regional commander, Luqman Osman Issa alias Shirwa.

This Shirwa guy is the one person everyone is talking about. KTN’s Mohammed Ali took a keen interest at him and he came up with a revelation that has gain him admiration and repugnance in an almost equal measure.

Moha says the slain Shabaab commander who led Mpeketoni attack was a cousin to a very senior NIS officer.

He however didn’t reveal who the NIS officer was. He added that the officer’s other cousin, also a terrorist, was hiding in Sudan.

Even though it’s widely known Moha hardly lies, critics still had the audacity of condemning him for his revelation.

Kenya Defence Forces foiled a planned Al Shabaab attack on a military base in Lamu over the weekend and managed to gun down 11 of the militants as others fled into the nearby Boni forest.

Among those killed is a British national named Thomas Evans who hails from Buckinghamshire in England.

And now police have raised alarm over a German terror suspect who was among the terrorists and who escaped with gunshot wounds.

The security forces have released a photo of the said suspect, putting a Kshs10 million bounty on his head and requested anyone with information about the suspect to inform the authorities urgently.

Now, TPF finalist Daisy Ejang has opened up about abortion. Revealing that she almost got aborted, imagine that, a world without Daisy’s heavenly voice.

Speaking to Word Is Daisy says, “I was singing on a stage one day when I was about 11 and my performance moved almost everyone in the audience to tears, including my mum. I had not seen her cry before and this bothered me. So, I later asked her why she was crying during my performance. She looked me in the eyes, with the most loving look I have ever received from her and told me. ‘My daughter, I almost aborted you.’ I was still young then and it wasn’t a big deal to me. Then I grew up and realised the meaning of it all.”

“I just wish she was around to see how good that child she didn’t abort is doing. But I know she is happy and proud of me wherever she is,” says Daisy

Never has a nomination captured the attention of Kenyans quite like Dr Patrick Njoroge’s.

He first captured the attention of Kenyans after his nomination was termed as ‘tribalistic’ after the president (who is from the same community as him) nominated him. Countless passionate articles were written about the issue before the story died down.

But he is back in the news after he declared he is single by choice. A statement that has become quite a hot topic because he is successful, has aged pretty well and he is loaded, factors that would make him an eligible man.
