A video doing rounds on social media has left many laughing silly while other try to make sense of what has come of old people.

The logical explanation to the super hilarious video, which most folks came up with, was overuse of the holy weed.

Anyhow, the video shows a granny in Githunguri, Kiambu Country, vigorously shaking a leg to entertain a crowd that surrounded her.

She must have been having lice in her butt because at one point she stopped dancing to zealously scratch her behinds.

The dancing went on as the vigor in the shos drove her to exhibit moves that even Sakata dance crews couldn’t execute.

Mark Zuckerberg has been under ‘sieke’ following his decision to activate Facebook safety check feature for Paris attack.

Facebook decided to activate safety check feature to express solidarity with a grieving France in the wake of the terrorist attack that left 129 people dead and many more wounded in Paris last weekend.

The social networking website launched safety check feature with the intention to be used for people caught in natural disasters.

Facebook’s decision to activate safety check feature specifically after the Paris attack was what landed Mark Zuckerberg in trouble not only with Kenyans but the rest of the world, especially with non-whites.

Controversial blogger, Robert Alai, accused the Facebook CEO for being a racist.

Alai: This is racist. Kenyans died and you never created a flag. #STOPImperialism

Alai’s sentiments were echoed by majority of Facebook users who felt Zuckerberg’s action was racists or biased.

The 31-year-old billionaire has since replied to the criticism thrown at his face. Below is Zuckerberg’s statement:

Last night, the 2015 edition of the All Africa Music Awards went down at the Ecko Hotles and suites in Lagos Nigeria.

The Awards, which are arguably the most prestigious and comprehensive in the continent, see winners awarded a lavish and expensive 23.9 karat gold plated trophy.

Last Friday night during the airing of The Trend on NTV, a surprise was in store for sizzling hot singer, Cece Sagini.

The eye candy together with Octopizzo had a date with Larry Madowo to discuss their latest collaboration.

But while Cece was busy performing, her boyfriend, photographer Victor Peace, walked in carrying manila paper with powerful message.

The lovey dovey boyfriend went down on his knees and proposed to Cece. Obviously she had to say yes. And Team Mafisi and their counterparts Team Mbweha were left grumbling the whole night and days afterwards.

Last weekend we attended the much hyped event; the Carole Kinoti fashion show.

Unlike most events; this one lived to the hype, the class was from the star, from the post invite cards to the red carpets to the who is who at the event. We got there at a around 8, parked a few metres from the westwood hotel, got into a chauffeur driven shuttle to the hotel and, well, the party was just about.

Big Ted was the Mc alongside the jovial Caroline Nderitu . In the audience, I spotted several familiar faces ; from the award winning image consultant Derek Bbanga to Couturre magazines’ Olive Gachara , Franklin Saiyalel (who fancies himself “The Kenyan Stylista”) and a bucketful others.

While the audience enjoyed cocktails, the models strutted the catwalk as David Mureithi did his thing with music. Just like in Galilee, Carole Kinoti had saved the best for last, with her last collection dubbed “Avante garde” reminding everyone why Carole was still winning, ten years in the industry.

The hustle is real! The son of a pastoralist from Samburu County is now one of the most famous faces on the screen today.

He was once a herdsboy in the semi-arid North of the country, but a burning desire to join the elite squad of top comedians saw him rush to the city to try his hands in a profession he only heard of on the radio.

Who is he again? Khaleed Abdul popularly known as Farah on KBC’s ‘Classmates’. The comedian plays a role of a ‘shagzmondo’ from Northeastern in a class filled with other students who also speak English ‘crippled’ by their mother tongues.

Farah first joined Churchill Show when he travelled from Samburu County. He had sold 3 camels to raise funds to move to Nairobi.

He later shifted to Classmates where his efforts to be the best in the game saw him nominated for 2015 Kalasha International Award where he won Best Performance In a TV Comedy.

In his acceptance speech, Farah dedicated his award to the pastoralist communities.

The “Eat fish for a better life” campaign aims to promote the consumption of local fish and remind the public not only of the tasty delicacy fish is but also its importance for our health and growth.

Actor Govi, Harambee stars striker and footballer Paul Were and Musician Avril, were picked to spear-head this remarkable never done before campaign on Radio and TV.

This TV and Radio CampaignS have been supported by the EU funded – Indian Ocean Commission SmartFish Programme (co-implemented by UNFAO – the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) in collaboration with the Government of Kenya. The TV infomercial will officially start to air on the 21st of November 2015 (world fisheries day) on KTN and NTV while the radio Ad will be heard on Q Fm.

Just when you think you have our celebrities all figured out they drop a bomb that will make you go all like ‘whaat?

In a recent interview,’ Kitu Kimoja songbird dropped a bombshell when she revealed that when she made her debut in showbiz she dint want her face to be seen by the public.

“When I ventured into music industry, I wanted to do my videos in animation because I didn’t want people to see my face. I did not want all that attention on me or have all these things in all on me.” she says.

She however had a change of heart after her team decided that her face would help in selling the music. And they were right, a huge part of Avril’s appeal is based on how she looks and being on every hotlist has certainly helped push her carer.

Drunk Nairobi revelers loved his performance. For a moment it was hard to tell whether he was spreading the Word or entertaining intoxicated party-goers.

The thin line between gospel and secular music is almost invisible. Gospel artists performing in night clubs, it’s fine, gospel artists ordering girlfriends to procure abortions, it’s still fine.

So last Thursday night gospel rapper, Eko Dydda, makes his way to a nightclub along Kimathi Street to spread the gospel only that he ended up rocking the world of drunk Nairobi revelers.

I don’t understand why club owners allow gospel artists to perform in their clubs when they pose a threat to their business.

Think of it this way, if gospel musicians manage to convince revelers to get saved, would they be going to church for kesha ama to nightclubs?

Jeff Koinange is treading on thin ice hosting a man who brought him nothing but pure trouble with the law.

Last night, Jeff once again hosted the one and only Tony Gachoka, remember him? The man landed Jeff in hot soup 5 months ago.

Jeff was arrested alongside Tony for discussing the conduct of a company in the media despite a court order barring them.

Jeff parted with a cool kes 2 million to be set free, and all the trouble he went through was because he hosting Mr. Gachoka and discussed what the court said they shouldn’t.

Last night, the businessman ‘misbehaved’ on Jeff Koinange Live prompting Jeff to issue public apology on his behalf.

Lots of folks who were keen say Gachoka was drunk. He went on rampage insulting the DP and his boss but he mostly roasted Arap Samoei.

Kibera’s finest has made it clear he wouldn’t be involved in any rap battle with his fierce rivals unless his conditions are met.

Some two days ago, gospel rapper Juliani picked war with secular counterparts; Octopizzo, Khaligraph Jones and Rabbit Kaka Sungura.

The ‘Utawala’ rapper challenged the three to a free style battle to determine who the king of Kenyan hip hop was.

Octopizzo is NEVER going to participate in any free style battle less he gets paid for it. Octo says he’s not in the industry for the hype.

“Me am not into the hype, am past the hype. If it’s not bringing money or food to my table, my kids don’t eat hype, I don’t eat hype.” Octo told Kiss FM.

Habida Moloney is receiving medical attention at unknown hospital after being hospitalized for the last 5 days.

What’s ailing Habida? Apparently the songstress has been in the hospital for receiving treatment for undisclosed condition.

It was only last month that the ‘Superwoman’ singer got involved in a road accident though she didn’t sustain serious injury.

Habida says the time she has spent in the hospital has given her the opportunity to get closer with her maker.

“Getting out of hospital after 5 days. It’s been a good chance for rest and Communion with God. Times like these show you understanding of life. Seeing your life Flash before your eyes is an eye opener. A change is coming from me soon.”
