Bien and his girlfriend Chiki drop the most memorable tribute to fallen music legend E-Sir

Issah Mmari Wangui best known by his stage name E-sir was the most ‘lethal’ hip hop artist in Kenya. E-Sir’s memories are still fresh thanks to his hit songs that still make you want to jump and shake a leg.

The ‘Moss Moss’ hit maker passed away on March 16th 14 years ago at a young age of 22 years, he was involved in a road accident as he was returning to Nairobi after performing in Nakuru alongside Nameless.

Sauti Sol eulogized the fallen legend in a post on social media, the quartet imagined how E-Sir would have revolutionize Kenyan music industry if he was alive today.

E-Sir as a young boy

“Mko Freshy Lakini?…That’s how he greeted us the first time we met him.”

“It was a gloomy Sunday evening via the 7pm news on NTV, 14 years ago today, that we all received the BREAKING NEWS! E-sir had left us at only the age of 22 following a grizzly road accident. He was so young, so gifted and had a whole lot of life ahead of him. 💔💔💔 Our Industry had been robbed. E-Sir was the King of good vibes, the best lyricist, songwriter and performer of our generation. Would he have achieved continental success? Who he have been as big as Wizkid or Davido? Guess we will never know how many continental and/or global awards he would’ve won by now… How many international shows, tours in stadiums he would’ve filled by now. How many fans across the continent and beyond (Who don’t even understand swahili) would’ve thronged his shows rocking SOUTH Cs FINEST merch screaming his name. But what we do know is that his music, spirit and legacy will forever live on among us. We are just but a fraction of all the young men and women he inspired to go ahead and do what they love. #RipEsir #RememberingEsir 🐐🐐🐐”

Bien and his girlfriend Chiki jointly paid tribute to E-Sir by singing his hit song ‘Moss Moss’. Watch the video below:

It was rosy and gloomy up until Talia Oyando shared an intimate photo of the two holding each other tight and getting cozy that questions started flying around.

Just who was she to E-Sir?

Were they dating or something? Or maybe they were good friends?

Talia if you are reading this kindly put the record straight.
