Mombasa Senator revealed he has never sat on the driver’s seat to drive a car in his life; this despite the fact that he owns several vehicles.
Senator Hassan Omar made a stunning revelation on Citizen TV that left viewers gazing at him in shock and awe.
Speaking on Power Breakfast show, the Mombasa Senator revealed that he has never driven a car in his entire life.
Omar said over-dependency on his driver played a role in him losing interest in learning how to drive a car. He also revealed that he owns five vehicles in Mombasa and Nairobi counties.
“I’m that unconventional. I own two cars in Nairobi and three in Mombasa but I have never driven any. I am that unconventional,” said Omar.
The Mombasa Senator was however pleased that he wasn’t the only prominent person who didn’t know how to drive a car; he revealed that the late Professor Ali Mazrui also died before he could drive a car.
